Jared Loughner is not a celebrity but he became one when he opened fire shortly after 10 am in Tucson, Arizona on January 8, 2011 and shot and killed and wounded numerous persons. Among these was Congress woman Gabrielle Giffords.

And due to it he is going to a major reason why in the 2011 (4) universal year, you are soon going to see an increased need for security around our public and celebratory persons. This is now especially true in a public setting. These regulatory changes are on the table and are now in motion.
